When it has come to marketing I believe idea has excelled in this segment and reached to a whole new level .from offline to online they have set up a customer base who have been loyal to them since a long time .and it’s not just the advertising trick that has drawn people towards idea , its the fulfilment of their belief by the company has held them together successfully. I still remember choosing idea as my first sim card when I had just completed my SSC examinations and it was clear for me back then to choose idea over other networks simply because of the word of mouth I have received from my friends and family members and till date my cellular number hasn’t chathroughou am a proud member of idea so to say .they services and their network have been satisfying throughout my journey with them Another thing that I love about idea apart from their services is to hold customer base through trendy advertisements every now and then. From what an idea sirji to many other social cause based advertising to the introduction of 3G in smart way to the advertising where they were barging about getting informed though internet network using their I am from IIN advertising....they have always made sure the customers get what they deserved. Another thing was that the cellular plans were always affordable and handy and never made even once to switch to any other network for better and cheaper plan. I trusted idea and they fulfilled my wishes .

Life can be hard at time, and to overcome such situations once either have to be strong or seem some help from your loved ones and that is when one really feel the pressure if survival, lacking of having any self motivation or any support from your fellow close ones can hit really deep and hard and can pull in one of the worst situations one can be in . Depressions , hypertension, lifelessness and what not one can face .even I had a face similar to this in my life . Success was that me getting out of it with some permanent scars .I was fortunate enough to have a support during that phase . It was time of my cat examination I was struggling to get a decent score in my mocks ,it was really getting hard and that was the time my beloved grandmother feel seriously ill , I had never thought seeing her in that condition would affect me so much but that is how love is . It has no definition it’s a bond one cannot explain and to my horror she passed away just a day before my CAT examination. I was totally broken , was really blank and the phase was really heart-breaking. But my family members were the one I was counting on to . They helped me get out of this phase and be the person my grandma always wanted me to be ...a successful hardworking and a string man I miss her a lot but as they say love has immense power to overcome any biggest hurdle ,I actually felt it that day
