About:

MDI is a front runner B-School of India, being ranked amongst the top five B-Schools of the country. It has the distinction of being the first internationally accredited Indian B-School. The PG Programmes in Management offered by MDI are recognized and accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi. MDI takes pride in the growing number of strategic level programs it conducts, uniquely designed to bring a global perspective through international interactions. Campus:

MDI, Gurgaon has its own lush green campus teeming with red brick buildings, spanning across 40 acres in the corporate hub of India. It boasts of air-conditioned classrooms equipped with Projection Systems and Computer System, IT infrastructure, library and computer center, fully furnished residences and hostels for participants, executive suites, facilities and recreational areas like a golf course and badminton, tennis and basketball courts, creating a conducive environment for studies. Billiards, Gymnasium, Recreation Room, T.V. Lounge and Canteen are some of the other facilities provided on campus. 

Library: The MDI hybrid library has a collection of over 60,000 books, along with e-books, journals, databases, audio-visual materials, CDs/DVDs, e-journals (15,000), reports, case studies, conference proceedings, training manuals, etc. The online library portal is accessible across the campus network on a 24x7 basis all 7 days of the week. Library with its modern collection of knowledge resources and range of innovative information services plays an essential role in the academic community in their intellectual pursuits. 

Data Center: Computer Labs equipped with the 130 numbers state of the art computing facilities along with 3 Network LaserJet printers, scanners. 3 nos. projector systems are installed in these computer labs which are being used by students and executives and also conducting the classes for the student & executives. Desktop/ Laptop, printer is being provided to the entire MDI member with internet/Intranet connectivity. There is a Wi-Fi installed throughout, also with a video-conferencing facility set up in the Auditorium. 

Hostels: The Campus also has residential accommodation for academic and administrative staff. There are separate hostel blocks for the girl students (twin/triple sharing). The rooms are provided with a bed, a study table, a chair, a cupboard, and the usual furniture. 

Life @ MDI Gurgaon:

As soon the lectures are over, the students are seen eating, running at the hostels, and the most important, playing their favorite sports. The games like Table Tennis, Badminton, Basketball are the favorite sports of students here at MDI. After the classes, they either plan for their club activity, sit or gossip, play a sport or just roam across wings for completing assignments. Yoga classes are conducted for fitness freaks. Informal communications always find their ways via MDI ‘closed-group’ of Facebook or Whatsapp, where ideas, thoughts, and discussions are shared. Overall, Life at Campus- MDI Gurgaon is a treat for future managers, as you will get to learn not only from the experienced faculty but also from the mocks and other practical exposures.
