I am a Business Analyst for Regulatory Affairs in Healthcare and Life Sciences domain. Before joining SCMHRD, I have been associated with Reckitt Benckiser, Novartis and Cognizant as a Business Analyst. I am an inquisitive learner and learning enabler. I am good at articulating thoughts and ideas, analytical and programming capabilities coupled with good decision-making skills.
In my third year at Cognizant, as part of the deliverables, we had to deliver an application which will help the end users in raising various role request. The project was very challenging as my skills were not aligned with the project requirements. The timelines were also very short as we had to deliver just within three months. But rather than giving up due to so many constraints, I took it up as a challenge. In early days of the project, I had to spend a lot of time learning new technologies, which was to be used to develop new application. I was able to finish the project in the stipulated time. Due to challenging nature of the work, I got Best Performer from Director of Healthcare, Cognizant. When I was working for Novartis, I started applying for new jobs. My profile was shortlisted by Reckitt Benckiser and after clearing several rounds of interviews, finally I got the offer letter from RB. In few months of work in RB, I was able to convert SCMHRD and thus got my dream college. From the struggle I learnt two key lessons. Firstly, one should be flexible like water and keep an open mind for all types of scenarios as from challenges, if faced efficiently, we get new experience and exposure, which in turn help us in future. Secondly being optimistic in every scenario, it helps keeping myself as well as my surrounding positive, which will boost my performance as well as people who I interact.
