The MICA summer placements report for the PGDM-C batch of 2019-2021 has been released! The institute has had a splendid summer placements season, and achieved 100 percent placements for the Class of 2021. A total of 213 students of the PGDM-Communications Class of 2021 at MICA Ahmedabad participated in the summer placements process at the institute. Top brands participated in the summer placements process at MICA, including Amazon, Google, HUL, P&G, Piramal Group, HT Media, and TATA Steel amongst others. MICA Summer Placements - Key Highlights
The following are the key highlights from the summer placements process at MICA for the PGDM-C Class of 2021:
- The average summer internship stipend offered to the Class of 2021 at MICA stood at INR 98,349, a 21% increase from the previous year.
- The highest summer internship stipend offered to the Class of 2021 at MICA stood at INR 3,20,000.
- The median stipend stood at INR 80,000, a 14% increase from the previous year.
- A total of 76 recruiters participated in the summer placements process, including top brands such as Amazon, Google, L'Oreal, Nestle, Bajaj, Aditya Birla Group, and Flipkart amongst others.
- The maximum number of offers came from the E-commerce & IT/ITES sectors (70), followed by 38 offers from the FMCD & Retail sectors, as well as 38 offers from the Advertising & Media sectors.
- Roles offered on the MICA campus to the Class of 2021 included Account Planning, Strategy & Planning, Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, Brand Management, and Data Mining amongst others.
