One of the most challenging situation I have  faced till now is during my under graduation. When I first joined my college it was my dream to participate in SAE Baja Competition. Few year back one of our seniors group had participated in it and the ATV was displayed in our Lab. I was awestruck when I first saw it ,I went to my teacher to ask the procedure for participating but got disappointed after knowing our college no longer participate in these competition. Our was a government college, it faced a lot of problems related to funds and that to getting funds for projects was next to impossible. I had  decided at that very moment that I will take my college team in one of these competitions by any means. I started working on the software learning and theory part of automobile side by side  with my college curriculum. I took the initiative of convincing people to start working on the project, It was not a easy task to convince people and make them realize the learning experience they are going to get while working on this. I made a team of 25 people of which I was the captain. we worked day in day out on our dream, One of the major obstacle we had to face was the finance ,I tried my best for finding sponsorship but couldn’t  get a significant one. At the end my team pooled in money in whatever capacity they  could. Finally after a wait of 6 years we took our college at a all India level competition without the help of faculty or any other support. We were able to secure 39th position in the competition .This was the  biggest achievement  not only for me for my entire team.
