Life is full of contrasting situations. Sometimes it would just be a cakewalk. And, sometimes it would be an uphill battle. These are the tough times and, these are the times which make us tough and tougher. Rough times come with challenges, which test our resilience and make us stronger.
One such challenge I faced during the last year. I was working as a software developer for the last 2 years. I had always wanted to pursue a management course since I wanted to hone my leadership skills. However, leaving a job in hand for further studies was never an easy decision. And above that, my family was highly doubtful about it. But, I had realised that staying in the comfort zone was not going to make the situation any better. My aim was to work at a conglomerate and gain experience in diverse backgrounds. So, I went with the decision to appear for the MBA entrance examinations in 2018.
I had to manage my job along with the preparations for the entrance examinations. I used to go to the coaching classes early in the morning and attend office after that. Then, keep some time for studies after office hours. There were times during production releases when I used to come back from office only at midnight and still pull off an all nighter. It was only my will power and persistence which got me through to one of the most prestigious B-schools in India.
All in all we have to have that belief in the fire inside us, we have to channel it and it will guide us. Challenges only make you a better person. And, that fire inside is the only source of strength for our fighting spirit.

Now, when I retrospect, I realise how important it was back then and the impact the group has had on my life so far.
