Aditya Birla fashion and retail Limited is one such brand that reminds me of Aditya Birla Group's diverse portfolio. It has all the big fashion brands under its umbrella and some in house brands as well. I have been to pantaloons several times and every time it was a great experience, be it shopping or window shopping. It has all kinds of dresses, Indian, western, formals, and casuals, so on. And slowly it is acquiring more ethnic brands. As the ethnic wear is the largest segment in the Indian fashion market, it is going to increase the growth of Aditya Birla Group in the fashion and retail industry. ABG also has entered e-commerce, it is working on growing with the innovation because a change of strategy as per the market is very important.
With the increase in the female workforce, the demand for women's ethnic wear is also going to spike and this has opened various opportunities for a big group like ABG. According to India retailing 71 % of the women wear industry has been captured by ethnic wear. The demand for Sarees and Kurtis is increasing and ABG is leveraging the opportunity. Fusion style is also trending in the market. The Indo western clothes, both in casual and formal wear are trending. 87% of ethnic wear is of women. ABG fashion and retail has a great future in the front with new opportunities coming in the way.
My Life So Far
I have always believed in the power of the universe “The law of attraction”. This world has a lot to give to us if and only if we have a strong desire to get it. My struggles were nothing different from any other student in this world. I have been through the time of studying for 16 hours a day during my higher education for getting into the best college of north India. I have to pass through a lot of struggles to get where I desire to be. Studying for CAT during my 4th year, I was determined with the purpose of life and I am still with the same determination. Student life is filled with the pressure of Peers as well as family and leading to extreme anxiety. I believe fighting that anxiety and trying the hardest to achieve something is the biggest achievement. I am able to overcome my struggles because I trust my dreams. This motivation I have received only through reading and my trust of my parents in me. They have supported me in all the difficult times. Even when I almost ruined my engineering semester, they were there to support me. They knew that I have accepted my mistake and fathoming the situation won’t do any good. I am what I am today because they have made me strong to face a difficult situation, kind enough to respect others problems and their personalities.
