I think one of the most distinguishing characteristics in me is the diversity of experiences, I possess. My father, being an employee of government, meant we had to move around India almost every two years which meant exposure to various cultures, traditions and languages. This has made me a person with ethics and perseverance. Nothing could have gone better than getting my first job in Capgemini after my graduation in Electrical Engineering from ITER. While being in a diverse environment has been apparent throughout my life, it is in Capgemini that my awareness of multiple cultures, to break stereotypes, overcoming language barriers was most reinforced.

At Capgemini, while working with a multimillionaire client as a Dotnet developer, I was a part of various successful Application Migrations while also supporting other critical Applications. Although I was involved in many technical activities, I showcased my inclination towards the managerial aspects by heading the Training & Event Management Team which organized various teambuilding, training and learning exercises. My biggest challenge yet was deciding what I wanted for myself in my future. It was definitely tough for meto manage my work and come back home and prepare for my competitive every day. This needed dedication and a lot of self-control especially since I was planning on doing it without any coaching or tutor. With every day that passed by I kept on building my profile and my confidence without compromising on my work. Though I couldn’t score well in my first attempt I couldn’t and didn’t believe in giving up. Eventually I got the results I hoped for. Studying under the brand Narsee Monjee makes me a proud student and I definitely believe that my hard work paid off. As I have completed my first year and am moving towards my final placements, I have seen myself groom and I definitely believe that my past experiences including my failures have given me the confidence to say that I can be a good leader given the right opportunity.
