The operations in India are widespread and operates in various cross-functional businesses. The sectors include infrastructure development, education, retail outlets, financial services, and many more and counting. Indeed, the Aditya Birla group has impacted many lives and I am one of them.

Challenges Building Block For Brighter Future
“Challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful”.
The above quote truly resembles what challenges I have been through and how it has shaped me to become a better person day by day as it passed. I feel challenges make a person wise and capable of fighting futures challenges and inspire us to achieve greater heights in life.
This happened to me 1 year back when I thought it was the time to move from the vertical and position on which I was working to move to much more responsible position and add greater value to my career. The interest in trading and investing and highly enthusiastic about things happening in the stock market made me realize what is my passion and where I want to drive my career towards.
Been identified my passion it was not easy to select from the vast courses available to me to choose from. But, the thing which made me to realize and to take forward my master’s degree in business was a wide knowledge which I felt was important for every investor or anyone looking forward to an amateur investor should have.
My MBA preparation journey was not smooth as I thought it could be. My goal seemed impossible and challenging for someone who juggled between work and preparing for MBA. But, the challenge ahead of me did not make me weak but made me stronger as I was going through a phase of my life which would definitely make my future life more fruitful.
Weekends, nights, lunchtime in the office I used what and all minutes available to me towards preparation. Today, as I type sitting in my hostel room of one of the premier institute of India I feel the challenge was a small one and many more to come in future. Getting Ready…
