The presence and importance of Aditya Birla Group in my life has always been gigantic. Since its inception in 1857, ABG is one of the Indian MNCs which has time and again made the country and its citizens proud. My relationship with ABG started in school when my home cooked meals were wrapped in Freshwrapp and then given to me. Freshwrapp always provided the sense of security by keeping the food fresh and healthy. ABG is one of the company’s which helped me in the starting of my corporate career, Solly and Van Heusen are the only brands which have different varieties of Women formals which are absolutely necessary in starting a professional life. Also, the acquisition of rights of Forever 21 has brought American Fast Fashion to India. The different services which Idea provides has always gained more subscribers, the merger with Vodafone has not only made Vodafone Idea the largest telecom provider but also has enhanced the experience of the customers via better quality and services. ABG is also the first name that comes to my mind when I think of financials that is why when I wanted to start investing in Mutual Funds, I chose ABG and as always ABG has never let me down. ABG is one of the companies which gives that feeling of security be it any product that you want to buy or any company you want to get associated with in any way because after all it’s Our Dreams, Their Commitment.
Throughout a person’s life, they are faced with different obstacles and different challenges of all different types, mine is a similar case. Challenges started very early on in my life. My father was working in the service sector and because of which he kept on getting job transfers. Moving to a new city, joining a new school, getting used to new surroundings and making a new group of friends completely all over again was a lot difficult at first. But then as time passed by, I loved doing this and it made me adaptable to people and situations which is a huge part of my personality right now. And now because of this I have friends in every part of the country wherever I go. The next challenge I faced was when I had to choose my under-graduation degree and school. The decision to attend engineering school is one that requires immense commitment and responsibility. Success requires rigorous planning and well-defined goals, both short-term and long-term. Although completion of an Engineering program opens doors to many professional career opportunities, it does not come without challenges- staying in hostel, taking care of yourself and making your own decisions. Another obstacle that I faced was should I pursue an MBA degree or should I keep working for some time and then join MBA. After a lot of thought and with guidance and mentoring from my family, seniors and friends I decided to pursue an MBA degree before finally joining the corporate world again.
