I graduated from Symbiosis International University in Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in the year 2015. Being a top performer in BBA, I got placed in a very reputed USA based MNC. It was a time when I felt the pride and also the excitement to start my new career, but things did not go as planned. I took my flight from my hometown Kashmir to Pune, where I was supposed to start my first job, it was the time when Kingfisher Airlines completely shut its operation and my Father lost his job. Things completely changed for me when as the key income earner in my family suddenly lost his job. At that point of time it was for me to decide whether I should start a great career with my job or go back home and support my family, because of whom I had become capable enough to start a career.
Without a second thought, I took a flight back to my home town and decided to support my family.
My father and I together mobilised all our savings and with the help of a bank loan were able to establish a Travel Company, unfortunately because of some unforeseen problems in the market, this turned out to be a loss making business, since I was home I also helped my father apply in multiple airline companies while we were starting our business. So finally after a three year long struggle my father got selected as the Station Head for AirAsia India.
And since I was unable to pursue my first job, I decided to pursue my MBA and make a successful career with all the experiences I gathered from the business started by me and my father.
