Challenges are the most uncertain and unavoidable things in our life. But still challenges

are needed in our life because without challenges we newer grow and develop ourself in

our career and personal life.

Talking about my personal experiences, I have faced many challenges in my personal

and professional life and I feel proud while saying that I have overcome these challenges

successfully. These challenges includes financial problems, educational challenges and

challenges in my organization where I worked for 3 years. Because of some personal

reasons I had huge burden of loan on me while I was working and in this situation I needed

to leave my job for pursuing my MBA education. This was a huge challenge for me

because staying unemployed for 2 years with EMI’s still due every month and in such

pressure situation completing my MBA was challenge.

The main factor for overcoming this challenge was that I believed in myself and newer

blamed the situation, because I always knew that the situation will change and will change

in my favor.

Also in my professional career I faced many challenges, whether it be related to the work

or the internal politics that I needed to face. I stayed calm and focused on my work, tried

to give my 100%, newer gave up on any work because of it is difficult. I always had a

moto in my life that newer give up faith in your self in front of the challenge. Don’t treat

challenge as a challenge, infact treat it as an opportunity for improvement.

Challenges showed me the paths in my life which I newer had thought about, and

personally I feel that every challenge made me more stronger to face the next challenge

with a more proper and organized manner.
