The "gatha" of Aditya Birla brand and its intertwined nature and impact on me and my loved ones would be nothing short of tremendous and I am just as sure that it has touched every resident of India. Their vision, mission and values are to focus on each and every business, big or small with the same effort and passion to deliver the best product and add value to society at large. It has it's presence in a wide portfolio of industries starting from Agribusiness, Cement, Chemicals, Finance, Retail, Telecommunications to Textiles and many more. I can only continue writing pages after pages if I start with each and every moment where Aditya Birla has been associated with my life.

For starters, let's take a look at pantaloons. As I was born in a middle-class family, we were used to shopping in local retail markets. It was hectic and tiring to roam around and get eventually get tired and end up choosing one which was not the one which we liked especially. Then I heard of the pantaloons store opening in our vicinity and heard my friends visiting repeatedly to grab some cool clothes with good discounts. It was then, I decided to take my parents along with.  What happened was a shopping spree, and it was not only for us, my mother bought clothes for nearly every member of the family. It was a transition into our buying experience from traditional brick and mortar retail to modern fashion retail store.

Aditya Birla Group has made our life simpler. As management graduates, we should aim to achieve such milestones in our life, just like Aditya Birla Group has paved its way to success.

I was raised in a regular middle-class family. Although being from a south Indian background, I was raised in New Delhi, the capital of our nation. I have interacted with people from diverse and surprising backgrounds. And all of this has played an integral part in building in the structure of my character.
I finished my schooling from three different schools, having to adjust the young and new mentality each time. All of those experiences led me to cultivate a new me each time. For most of young-adult life, I have been about fitting. But that all changed as soon as I entered graduation in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. I found people who did not want to fit in and I aspired to be different. I began with learning a skill that I did not possess before- playing guitar. I taught myself this new and intriguing skill because I wanted to say to myself that this is something I did myself in a world where most people are too afraid to try something new. I hoped that this would be the stepping stone to many more interesting things.

And I was right. I stepped into the world of MBA in IMI, New Delhi. I have never been a part of any student body ever before. Yet, here I am part of two student bodies one of which allows me to further develop my skills in guitar. I look forward to my corporate life just as much as I look forward to a career in music.

We all need something to believe in. This is my story.
