Everyone would have had challenges in life and challenges faced by one is not comparable to the other. I had my fair share to reaching where I am today. The one thing my parent taught me when I was a little girl has helped me progress in life. They said when you take your own decision, never regret. Believe in yourself and make the best out of every opportunity that comes your way.They taught me the difference between right and wrong and gave me their full support in whatever decision I took. Be it my pursuing Biotechnology, working in a manufacturing firm or my pursuing MBA.
When I pursued Biotechnology people thought what is the future in that field. I believed I would be able to achieve what I envisioned. I got a job at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and working in the manufacturing facility helped me live my dream of creating difference in lives of millions of people hands on.
My time at Dr. Reddys is a chapter of book of life where I have used my mantra of life to the maximum. You all will have a question as to what is it.

This saying has helped me get past many difficulties in life. People might feel it is just a saying. I believe it is on us how hard we look for the solution. In most cases the solution might be right in front of our eyes.
