Hailing from a business-oriented family, Shikha explains why commerce was not really her choice but was something that she took up due to peer pressure. She further takes us through her journey; from starting a graphic designing agency to realizing baking is where her heart lies. As an ideal business owner, Shikha talks about how taking up courses or doing an MBA helped her to plan, research and strategize to stay ahead of her competitors.

Watch the entire video as Shikha explains the challenges she faced in her initial stage and how persistent small steps helped her to build a Brand.
