“Failure is not fatal. Failure is inevitable. If you don’t fail, it perhaps means you aren’t taking enough risks.”

These are the words from Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman of India’s 3rd largest Private sector conglomerate, Aditya Birla Group. Being the 3rd largest private sector conglomerate, the impact scale of Aditya Birla Group on daily lives of Indian Citizens is immeasurable, whether it be Tangible or Intangible. The road that paves the way to MBA college, the apparels that instigate you to feel affluent, the foil that insulates the heat and flavour of Rotis in Indian Tiffins and many such rich associates are all under the single name. Throughout the 4 years of my undergraduate, the Rotis rolled in FreshWrapp retained the flavour that my mom posed in it. The moment I unwrapped the Rotis, they delivered the same hot delight as they got delivered from the tawa. This continued its journey with me from the first day of the college till the last day of farewell.

The mixture of Black Sand and water – Yes!

This is what we thought of a place with piles of sack bags containing black sand. This has happened to everybody. I cannot succeed forgetting this phase of my life when circular ring of cement covering water and a person who stirred up the mixture to slash it between the wall bricks was nothing less than the mystery which took years to get itself self-solved. Sack bags of Ultratech Cement in Black Fonts still covers the eyes when the incident freshens up! It is the Ultra Tech cement that stirs up easily in water and forms the toughest bond; likewise, Profound achievement set foot in life when you are most flexible to change.

#UltraTech with Ultra-Teachings!

                                                Relating Ultra Teachings

When I completed 9th standard, my family got transferred from Surat to Vadodara. It got difficult for me to accept the new school and adjust with new people. The situation got worse when I started difficulty grasping new concepts and apply them. I felt hesitant to share these happenings with my parents and the outcome of not sharing these hellish on-goings with anyone made me overthink. My personality drastically changed and traces of fear got injected into my mind. My confidence was sunk and I started reading good quotes to gather the confidence and self-belief back. Fighting this battle alone made me believe that certain problems in life are not to be termed as “problems”. The story did not take a U-turn even in 12th and somewhere in fighting this battle of re-building the self, I didn’t perform well in 12th. Aiming IITs and landing not even near to it severely fragmented my psychology. With all shattered dreams, I started the journey of engineering in GSFC University with high self- hopes and with all pride and faith in my capabilities, I secured 1st rank in the University in 3rd and 4th semester. This boosted my confidence like anything and from there onwards, there has not been any looking back. I started preparing for CAT Entrance from the 3rd year of my Engineering and carried the aura of same confidence in my abilities to outperform. I secured 96.92 percentile in CAT and made it certain that there is no more looking back.
