If you do not want to take a specialized course in your first year, you should apply for the PGDM- Business Management (BM) degree. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) is a two-year, full-time residential program with a General Management focus.

1. Academics: 10th grade, 12th grade, and graduation score in each year.
2. Work experience: Relevant work experience to your chosen specialization is a plus. However, it is not mandatory and the only deciding factor for your interview calls. 16% of the current batch comprises freshers. 
3. Entrance scores: Meeting the minimum eligibility cutoff in the required entrance exam is mandatory.
4. Achievements: Extracurriculars and past achievements in fields of interest.
