It is a common perception that it all ends with converting your dream B.school but the truth is that this is where this amazing journey begins. From enthusiastically engaging with your future batch mates in newly created WhatsApp groups to shopping for your home for the next 2 years it's a fun-filled experience. For me, it all started after choosing TAPMI. Eagerly waiting for the shortlist to be out and contemplating on my future, I never thought of things that come after getting selected.
I was filled with happiness and joy after I got selected for my dream B.school but in a few days, this feeling waned and now all of a sudden as if time just passed by in a few seconds, I had only a few days left for joining. Getting a perfect suit was the topmost priority on my shopping list. As it was going to be my first suit ever, I didn't know much about what to go for, getting it stitched or buying a readymade one. Although getting it stitched looked like a good option, I was worried about the quality of the material and the stitching skills of the tailor as we didn't have any good tailors at our place, so I went ahead and purchased a suit online from a popular e-commerce platform for fashion. The suit got delivered on time thanks to the fast delivery provided by most e-commerce websites nowadays but I was not satisfied with the quality of the material that I got. That is where I learned that no matter how convenient online shopping is, Retail stores are always a better option to buy fashion products as you can get a feel of the fitting and the material yourself and then decide on buying it.
