I wanted to get into consulting for the immense learning opportunities that it offers & for gaining exposure to different industries & domains. BCG was a dream company for me - as the people, culture, processes, work, etc here are amongst the best.
The firm has a thorough & meticulous process of hiring summer interns comprising of a couple of rounds of case interviews with partners, consulting dinners, buddy calls, etc.
Getting selected for BCG was indeed a proud moment for me
On joining the company as an intern, how has your onboarding experience been like?
The onboarding experience was fabulous with inductions on storylining, in-depth analysis and insights generation, advanced PPT & excel workshops, and interaction with senior leadership & campus teams of the firm.
