As an Intern, I was assigned a series of projects one after another. I had to see each one through. In order to this, I had to work and coordinate with colleagues from different departments & verticals. I also had an additional responsibility in the logistics team. One of the best aspects of this was the Field Visits where I accompanied the delivery personnel to deliver the devices and interact with patients.
My Internship in Philips taught me so many things about the Healthcare sector in India. I became comfortable working in teams because multidimensional teams are the building blocks of corporate success. My mentors and Philips were simply amazing. Its their guidance, mentoring, advise and help make this an experience of a lifetime!
