WinZO, the largest social gaming and entertainment platform in India is here with BOSS (Battle of Super Scholars) Season 1. A first of its kind B-school case competition that helps you get scholarships of Rs. 10 Lakh and PPOs.
Wondering How Does It Work?
Fairly simple.
- If you are in your 2nd year of B-school and belong to IIM Ahmedabad (All specialization), IIM Calcutta (All Specialization), XLRI (HR) or MDI Gurgaon(HR), you are eligible to participate in this case study competition.
- Visit the WinZO BOSS website (link) and click on the competition link to participate.
- You will get to know about your case on November 23, 2021.
- Prepare a PDF of maximum 5 slides and submit your presentation under Round 1.
- You can also put together a video of not more than a length of 120 seconds summarizing the case problem(not mandatory).
- The selected top entries (not more than 10) from each campus will be taking part in the national round at Delhi.
- You have to prepare 10 slides for the national round and will get a total of 20 minutes to present and impress the judges(10 minutes for presentation + 10 minutes Q&A)
- Based on your solutions, overall understanding of the problem, richness of your data and feasibility of your idea, the winners will be declared.
- Along with a stellar scholarship, the winners will also receive PPOs from WinZO.
Eligibility:
BOSS Season 1 is open to all 2nd year students for the following B-schools:
- Business Profiles:
○ IIM Ahmedabad (All Specialization)
○ IIM Calcutta (All Specialization)
- HR Profiles:
○ XLRI (HR Specialization)
○ MDI (HR Specialization)
Rounds:
Round 1: Campus Round:
Students need to submit a maximum of 5 pages PDF (which will consist of introduction and closing slides) talking about solutions that they have in mind for the case. They need to also submit their video links of not more than 120 seconds as part of the round talking about the same.
Round 2: National round:
Selected students from each of the campuses will be flown to Delhi to take part in the National Round where they would be asked to finally present their ideas in front of the judges. Each participant will get 20 minutes for the presentation and Q&A round that will follow.
