ABG has also made it big in the Telecommunications Domain with Vodafone Idea. It is India’s No. 1 Telecom Company and the 2nd largest in the world. I have been a user of Idea services for about 5 years and currently I am a user of Vodafone Idea. Customer service has been their top priority.
Hindalco Industries Ltd., a subsidiary of ABG, is an aluminium and copper manufacturing company. Hindalco Novelis(Hindalco’s subsidiary), is the world’s largest recycler of used beverage cans. ABG is playing a huge role in shaping a sustainable world and contributing hugely towards the society.

How I overcome challenges to achieve my ambitions
It is rightly said, you should never view your challenges as a disadvantage. How we handle the challenges faced gives the measure of our true strength. Challenges later become experiences, help us grow.
There are several habits that I follow to conquer the challenges and keep myself determined towards my goal. The first step is identifying the real challenge and having the the self-confidence that Yes, I can defeat it. Self-confidence comes with positive thinking and trust in our own abilities. When I am in a certain problem and tend to lose confidence in myself, I turn up to my family and friends for support. I discuss my problems with them who in turn motivate me, gives me the the the courage and help me regain my lost self-confidence.
Certain problems also give me a reality check on my weaknesses, hence giving me an opportunity to strive hard and improve myself.
Another important factor in achieving success is how we set our goals. A goal should be challenging but achievable too. To achieve a long term goal, I set short term goals as stepping stones. I try my best to step out of my comfort zone to achieve these goals.
I also invest time in physical activities such as walking, jogging to keep myself away from negative thoughts and enhance my productivity. It helps me manage stress and tension.
Lastly, being committed is what is required to overcome the challenges and achieve the best in our life. We need the right people around us who motivate us and help us to know our hidden strengths too.
