Aditya Birla group conglomerates and their diverse business endeavors are mentors to many aspiring. Ups and downs and holistic growth of the Aditya Birla group is the learning module for us. Since 1857, through various ventures throughout the trending market, Aditya Birla group stands a perfect example about how to act at the right time with the right move. Because it has wooed me, I write here with an attempt to woo my dream group of companies.

Led by charismatic persona Mr. Kumar Birla at age of 28 to spread through and challenge existing market players head-on till now, has made a mark in Forbes list. Such energy and goodwill for society through Aditya Birla memorial, hospital of Maharashtra teaches me about keeping humanity intact along with energy to lead the race. In and out of the fashion industry, owning over a series of in-house brands of Aditya Birla group and also undisputed hold of the market through Pantaloons could be the bible for me in times to come. Beginning an Era of ABOF and rough patches in the e-commerce industry is also a learning curve for me.

Throughout my school tenure, I had a great interest in dance and choreography, though self-trained, love for it somehow pulled me into it. Wrapping me into beats as it hypnotized me. When I was in 10th standard, I had the opportunity to present a musical drama of an hour. One hour, one story, 100 and more dancers, 8 songs. Every track, every moves, every person had to be aligned to communicate a story to the audience. That was challenging. I did get anxious, nervous, scared – all at the very same time. But with constant self-assurance, feedback from then organizing teachers, I had to compose myself into my best and carry the show to stage flawlessly. I had to learn sound recording and mixing using digital modes, realize how important teamwork can be beneficial. Anyhow, I became We and finally ended up with 5 minutes standing ovation from audience to our musical drama.

Even during my graduation, I came across an opportunity to take up a task to develop an android application that could ease a student’s life forever. One application that any student of my university(Biju Patnaik University of Technology) would rely on through his/her humdrum affairs of life. One application that could be one gateway to all syllabuses, credit point, and CGPA, SGPA calculation, notices. It was not easy, it wouldn't be any prototype. We were trying to make a product. Somehow on a personal level, since the task was taken I could never compromise on quality. I was quite picky on user-interface, smoothness of application. Sleepless nights and constant research and learning to make it as light as possible did not upset me. Later I realized, along with the goal of application, user experience matters as well, and this key point fetched us 12000 and more downloads in Google play store without single marketing.

Such perseverance, integrity, commitment, passion, speed in my delivery comes from non-negotiable ethics of Aditya Birla Group. I could never be less thankful for such radiance of mentorship.
