Aditya Birla Group is involved in variety of products. It can be as microscopic as carbon nanoparticles in your tyre or something as big as a high-rise architecture built using UltraTech Cement, it can be something that you wear or something that you use to talk through your mobile phone, or even just make it safe. But the amazing thing is that you never get to feel its presence and it keeps on making big changes in your life by small contributions.

My first big interaction with the group was in the summer of 2014 when my parents took me to a Van Heusen outlet to buy me my first suit, something that I was going to wear for the upcoming college moot court competition. I can still remember the excitement I went through after seeing the amount of variety, but when it came to shortlisting that one suit, the amazingly friendly salesperson took the charge. They told me to relax and just try whatever they are picking up for me. Till this day, I am wearing the same suit for most of my college events and the same blazer has suffered through dirt and rain in all my internships.

Additionally, ABG has widened its horizon with open arms to many welfare-driven activities across the globe. The CSR Centre works in 5,000 villages, reaching out to 7.5 million people annually. The Centre provides the strategic direction and the thrust areas for their work ensuring performance management as well. At the core is the will to serve the community, which begins at the local village panchayat level and works in collaboration with numerous external agencies.
