SCMHRD
The major challenge I faced till today is the one when I was in eight standard when my mother was diagnosed with slip disc and because of which she was bed ridden for two years. In my family my mother is a homemaker, my father is in a government service and I have a younger sister who was at that time in first standard. Being the elder one I had to take the whole responsibility of the family and as I was totally dependent on my mother for all my day to day activities I did not know the ways and things that I was supposed to. The phrase struggle is what I experienced at that time and being just twelve year old it was really difficult for me to manage things like preparing breakfast for myself,my sister and my father and also packing lunch boxes for myself and my sister, organizing the helpers, assigning them things and many other things. The condition of my mother was so bad that she could not even sit up to drink water we had to put a straw in her mouth for her to drink water. In times like this you come to know the value of a person and how you think everything that person does so easily is easy but in reality that is not the case.
This was a major incident in my life through which I struggled and it made me a more responsible and a mature person .
