Determination is the key to success
Determination is the key to success. This is the fact that has always motivated me to keep going irrespective of any hurdle that came in my way. We are all born with a unique talent and a unique dream which differentiates us from the all others. But the most important thing in life is how much we are dedicated towards maintaining our own personality and achieving our own goals. Dedication is important because we live in a society where we face different challenges and competitions. But if we keep faith in our own uniqueness then we would realize that we are not competing against anyone but only against ourselves which makes us a better version of ourselves. This comes only when we have determination towards our goal. The other most important factors are hard-work and optimism. Hard-work is the action associated with the feeling of determination and optimism.
Optimism is a key factor which allows us to learn continuously. It implies that in case of a failure, if we take it in a positive manner and instead of feeling low, we start analysing our performance and find out the loop holes that needs to be corrected. Therefore, its always the perception and not the result that decides our future.
I have always been a hard-working and optimistic person. This is the reason which has always motivated me to keep going. I have seen many failures and I have made many mistakes in my life, but at the end I have always seen that those were very necessary for me to walk on the right path even more confidently. I have a work-ex of around 3.8 years. When I was coming for my MBA, one of my friends asked me “Do you really feel like to study again?” I answered to her question “Well, I think I have never stopped studying because even while working we all study to learn a new technology, to keep ourselves updated, to improve ourselves consistently. So, its only the environment that will change from a workplace to an educational institute. The learning will keep going.” So, the point is its only our perception which can either motivate us or demotivate us to head towards our goal.
I would say the determination, hard-work and optimism are the key factors which play an important role in my life and completes me as person I am.
