Big in my life!
‘Aditya Birla Group’, the name speaks for itself! I imagine it as a giant octopus having zillion legs capturing each foothold perfectly and exclusively. Today, when I read about it I get amazed by the enormity and variety of their business and approaches. They are niche yet everywhere, they have quantity yet quality, they are commercial yet sensitive, they are humongous yet relatable!
As far as I can remember, my association with ABG began in 2009 when I was just 15 years old. This association has been very important and very personal. After immense research and thought, I decided to buy their ‘Idea’ sim. It’s been 10 years since, and I can confidently say, never as a customer have I faced in any significant issues, I am sure my loyalty to them testifies this! ABG has been with me with every call that I have made, every text I sent out and with every net browsing that I have done. Who can imagine a life without their idea sim? Well, I can’t!
I have lived in multiple cities, Bhilai, Raipur, Jharsugda, Kolkata, Vishakhapatnam, and Mumbai finally. As a fashion enthusiast, I can vouch that no matter what, however small the city is (e.g.: Bhilai, Jharsugda) 2 brands will be your saviors, always! Pantaloons and Perter England!
Apart from this, the Hindalco group manufactures 2 very important metals and chemicals viz. Aluminum, Copper, Glass, etc. Having worked in the Aluminum industry I know, how life is just too impossible without these. These are used everywhere ranging from Automobiles, Defense, Pharmaceuticals, Railways, Electrical Goods, etc.! I am so sure I meet their products every day and everywhere implicitly and all I can do is thank Aditya Birla Group for being there and everywhere!!!
How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far’

I have always followed the aforementioned lines diligently, my work has always been supreme to me, and no matter what I give my 100% to whatever I do. Also, as you can’t hit a target that you can’t see, hence, I believe knowing your ambition and sketching your trajectory is essential.
In order to overcome challenges in life, I don’t see challenges as challenges per se, I see them as opportunities, I strive to find the purpose underneath them. I believe you only work your heart and soul out for something when you are in congruence with the purpose of the task.
For e.g. My job involved me to locate to a place that was completely alien to me, and the language barrier made it worse. I was the only unmarried girl in the workplace. I had to live alone in a flat for the very first time and manage everything on my own. Also, the job was demanding, and as newbie, I had to juggle many responsibilities. My family asked me to come back but I decided to stay.
Today when I look back, I am proud of the decision I made. I have become a completely self-independent individual, with a good job profile. I also got a chance to work with a leading consultancy because of my deliverables and here again, I was rewarded directly by my COO. It all changes when you see challenges as opportunities and believe in yourself. Also, I believe health is something that is the sole determiner of your output. I make sure I never give my health a backseat, as no ambition can be fulfilled if your health isn’t with you.
