Why Aditya Birla is big in my life?
Aditya Birla can fairly be a synonym for what we call as being omnipresent. From waking up in the morning and calling my mom using my Vodafone Idea Sim to get my daily dose of motivation to getting ready in my Allen Solly suit which boosts my confidence to packing my lunch with The Freshwrapp which keeps my food healthy and hygienic, they have covered it all. This talks pretty much about my daily life but what about the not so mundane friday night parties. Here comes Forever21 and Pantaloons to my rescue.
Apart from how ABG affects my life on a daily basis; being a management student there is a lot to learn from the leaders of this giant conglomerate. From being a global leader in various sectors across the globe to touching and positively impacting billions of life; they have mastered the art of being perfect in whatever they do.
When it comes to giving back to the society The Aditya Birla Group also through its CSR initiatives in Healthcare, Education, Livelihood, Infrastructure and its endeavour in making model villages indeed makes our society a better place. The Group is also acting responsible towards its actions which will impact the future generations and has thus rightly taken sustainability into account.
Overcoming Challenges
Our life would lose its essence in the absence of challenges. One has to deal with challenges, conquer it and remember/exercise the learnings throughout. One of the challenges that I faced recently was securing admission in one of the top B Schools of our country while I was working for a startup. Since working in a startup requires wearing multiple hats, I ended up being on my toes most of the times. I had to juggle between meeting deadlines, targets, making business plans and meeting clients. Along with this, I was also preparing for my entrance exams. Acing both my professional life and managing my studies together at the same time required a huge amount of dedication and hard work. I burnt the midnight oil to ensure that I was giving my 100% towards both my commitments. Finally after months of toil, I was able to crack NMAT and secured admission at NMIMS.
