Challenges are the part and parcel of everyone’s life. Life is a mix of both easy-going and difficulties. It is important to have challenges in life because it teaches us how to make ourselves strong in adverse conditions. It shows our resilience power. It makes you stronger and stronger every day.

Well, One such challenge I faced recently when I was struggling to make a start-up stand. I was a part of cognizant technology solution as a full-time employee and was also working for this start-up called Bag Buddy. It was really difficult to balance the time between the two jobs in hand and the stress levels that comes by over-burdening of work. That’s when your prioritising skills jumps in and all the secondary things takes a side stand.

I used to work atleast 16 hours a day, so I used to strategies my schedule of sleep, work and food, that has helped me going throughout this phase of 3 years very effectively. There were sharp deadlines to complete the task in hand and that’s when I learned “pressure situation brings the best out of you”. It brings out your leadership skills. Your risk-taking abilities takes you to a higher stance. Balance of work-life has always played a big role in my achievements. It has also taught me that challenges make us a better planner.

At last but not the least, the learning I got is – “The greatest of changes have and will come with the biggest of risks”.
