For years the Aditya Birla group has been fulfilling the needs of developing India by providing the raw material for construction. Through Ultratech ABG has become leading producers of cement in the country. Brands like Louis Phillipe, Allen Solley, Van Heusen, Peter England, etc have now become household names for the young Indian generation. ABG has now become the face of fashion and lifestyle of India and is the largest fashion retailer in the country. From food processing to civil engineering, detergents to textiles, chemical manufacturing, exporting, etc Aditya Birla Group has touched the national citizen in every sphere of their life. For me personally, I have been a big fan of brands like Peter England and Van Heusen. I have been working for a marketing firm for the past 3 years and wearing formal clothes to the office every day had become a necessity. Through these brands, I have been able to portray my personality in the most professional manner. These custom-made outfits help you to look smart and appealing to the customers especially in my profession where you need to be confident and energetic. This, not the only dimension by which I have been affected by the ABG. In retrospect, I realize when my father was selecting building material for constructing a house on our 200 square yard area of land, he was easily able to decide to go with Ultratech cement because of the trust he had in the brand. Apart from these instances, the Aditya Birla group has also served me through its financial services in the insurance sector. I bought Aditya Birla Group Capital Limited insurance policy for my new Royal Enfield bike in 2018 which I still enjoy to this day, which safeguards my vehicles interest against any kind of future mishaps. Finally, I will like to conclude myself on a thankful note towards Aditya Birla Group for affecting my life in a very positive way with its novelty of imagination and through their services.

It's not about winning and losing; it's about every day hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It's about embracing the pain that you'll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid”. I think that in one’s lifetime their comes always a time when we are challenged. Life plays strange games with us where it gives us real opportunities to prove ourselves and show what mettle we have. Sometimes it can just be an internal conflict within ourselves and we have to be introspective to resolve this conflict. I am a Civil Engineer, I completed my graduation in 2014 and always had an inclination towards pursuing a career in business management. I was looking for a job in my city Lucknow, which would provide me with the opportunity to work in a similar profile where I could attain relevant practical skills for further pursuing my dream of higher management studies. But this was not an easy decision for me to take as it had always included my parent opinion in it. My both parents are both civil servants and wanted me to prepare for civil services examination. I had a chat with my parents to convince them to try to understand me and my choices and give me space and time to pursue my dreams. My parents were reluctant to listen to me and somehow convinced me to change my decision. Due to this hasty forced decision, I was very disturbed mentally and was not able to focus and channel myself in the right direction. After a while, it started affecting my health and I had to take medical attention. After recovering I decided to take the help of a counselor. He advised my parents to not force their decision over me and let me make my own path. This made them realize their mistake and gave me a chance to pursue my dreams.
