As said by William Fredrick Halsey Jr., There are no great people in this world, only great challenges which ordinary people rise to meet. This quote has helped me face various challenges in life without having any regret of coming across them.
One of the most challenging situations that I was put in was when I had planned to start an academy in Bangalore to tutor engineering students. My biggest fear was of stepping into a market without understanding its demographics or need, would lead to failure especially when my family needs my support financially. Furthermore, I was planning to make my thought of starting the academy into reality I had to invest all my savings. However, this fear helped me work harder to understand my reasons to take up these challenges and well also work harder to make it a successful venture.
Thus I started an academy in R.T Nagar, a locality in central Bangalore. Initially, the academy had only four students and had me and another colleague as teachers. Over time through positive word of mouth and our continuous efforts in delivering quality education at effective prices helped the Academy attract more students. Although initial revenue did not lead to any profits due to most of the earnings being spent on rent and other bills, our perseverance helped us gain more students hence stabilizing our profits. Currently, TriA.D Academy has around 20 students and the academy runs in three batches to manage this number.
