Aditya Birla Group (ABG) has been present in my life from a very early stage. It is no surprise that most of us have been exposed to their products without even knowing that we are. The fact that we have been constantly been using ABG’s products has transformed its value from just a product to a sentiment.

The most personal connect that I have experienced with the group’s product is when my father decided to construct a new home. We decided to use ABG’s cement for the construction. While, in that moment I was only a child and didn’t understand the importance of things, I now have a clearer understanding of what the entire relationship between the group and its loyal customers represents.

It represents a bond of trust, a bond which has been forged with hard work and toil spread across generations and geographies. For a consumer to make a decision to buy into a brand without having any feelings of regret, of knowing that they have made the right choice is something that is very hard to achieve. Such kind of trust eludes those that run after it because those that achieve it are the ones that strive for excellence.

And that it where ABG, in my opinion, has closed the loop and formed a virtuous and self-sustainable cycle for the prosperity of the group and its customers. By striving for excellence, the company has elicited trust which feeds into the system as loyalty. As a customer, I could not ask for more.
