My life had been full of challenges, risks and failures since past few years, and the only constant that sailed me through this inevitable phase was perseverance to never stop and continue walking towards my destination.
Since my childhood I had always been a meritorious student securing 90 percentage plus in exams. I was even felicitated by Certificate of Merit for my performance in class 10th. After my Higher Secondary School, I started pursuing the course of Chartered Accountancy. I was successful in clearing the first level of the exam, i.e., CA-CPT in the first go. And then the time of challenges and failure started. I attempted the second level of Chartered Accountancy course, i.e., CA-IPCC, but despite all my efforts, I was unsuccessful in clearing that exam. I was involved in the preparation of the exam for 2 years but couldn’t clear. That phase was the most challenging phase for me as this was the first time, I tasted failure. But the only thing that kept me going is the self-belief that no matter what my present is, I would be successful one day. The support and confidence I received from my parents, family and loved ones encouraged me to rise up again every time I failed.
And then came the phase when I decided to change my path and move ahead with the same confidence and perseverance towards a new journey and new destination. This time it was a top B-School of the country and despite of all the baggage of past failures, I succeeded in being a part of one of the top business schools of the country.
