Working at one of the biggest MNCs in the world we were handling a client’s business which is worth billions. The deadlines of the deliverables were really stringent and the amount of work I had to go through was humongous. I was also heading a team of 5 associates who were under my supervision. One month we were given a huge assignment which usually takes a month of effort but we were given only 10 days’ time to meet the client’s needs as a critical part of the business was immensely relying on that work. I was assigned to head that project with 3 subordinates. I was able to come up with some really good automation techniques which helped us meet our deliverables in time and it also got implemented in our project for future references.
