Team InsideIIM went to XLRI Delhi during their annual sporting event, Northern Brawl, to understand what it takes to organize a B-school event.
For Northern Brawl and Ragnarok, participants from MDI Gurgaon, IIFT Delhi, and FMS Delhi reached the XLRI Delhi campus. What unfolded was a series of events that took a lot of planning and hard work to execute.
We tried exploring how these events get greenlit on campus, what students learn, the possible challenges they face, and how they learn to negotiate and understand to operate within constraints.
The documentary touches on some real emotions captured during the two days spent on campus to give you a flavour of what life looks like for a B-school student.
