My father was an engineer and wanted me to become the same. He was very skeptical of all other career options as they were new to him and hence risky. But I wanted to pave my own way. Though I had to opt for engineering in my graduation and ended up working in An IT firm, I did not lose my focus. It definitely shaped me and made me stronger and also made me more determined towards my own path. I was away from my home since college taking care of my own self, even financially since I started working. I proved to my family that I am strong and thoughtful enough to made my own decisions. After that my father finally understood the importance of my dream, and he himself was convinced to help me take the first giant leap towards management by getting into the prestigious college, Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
