Aditya Birla is a brand always there, being  part of daily lives of every individual in some way or the other. From packing your cooked food in aluminum foils to constructing our houses with UltraTech to helping us communicating with our loved ones with Idea. It has a solution to all.

“Your dress doesn’t define your personality, but it defines your confidence.” MBA life teaches you a lot of things; a classic dressing sense being of them. A formal wear goes a long way in creating the best first impression in any event. But how do we define the best formal wear?

I was having the same dilemma when I joined XIMB for the first time. All the suited-up images of ecstatic students came before my eyes but I could not figure out what suits me. In this scene, Allen Solly came to my rescue.

The perfectionism they offer in not only their products but also their services. Such focus on the nitty-gritties of business shows us what caliber Aditya Birla Group carries. Aditya Birla Group is setting milestones for companies to make them understand that the goal of a company is not just to earn revenues or tread into bigger economies but also to help the country grow. It has tried bringing a change in the society by engaging in various social activities, doing its bit to contribute back. It has restricted CSR a mere corporate obligation to adhere to. It is setting examples in Giving Back to the society and people at large. The Indianness is embedded in its work culture and ethics.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far.

Everyone has their fair bit of ups and downs that they face. But this is what makes them stronger and ready to face life which is always unpredictable. Being like any other normal urban teenage kid leading a pampered and sheltered life, I always used to crib about petty issues. Be it demanding electronic gadget to my doing my not so interesting school homework. Which at that time seemed to be the biggest issue one could have in their life, until my 10th board year. There were few months to go for my exams, when my dad met with an car accident. He and our driver had suffered major injuries.

Though he was now safe and was expected to recover after a complete bed rest of 2 months. But being in a small sheltered family settled away from our native place with our major emotional support being dad. It was difficult to go about without him. I longed for my mom’s care and support, but it was least I could expect from her then, as she herself was too devasted and shattered. But this one incident is what turned me into responsible individual. With a few months to go for one of my major exams, I had to share small responsibility I could to help my mom and prepare for my exams along with it. I didn’t have luxury to sit back and mourn about how miserable things have turned out to be. Facing challenges and living through them give us the experiences that make up our life in the least expected way life. And this incident brought out the new version of me which now I am proud of.
