Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?

Aditya Birla Group has followed this quote by heart; they take society with themselves and not just aim at making profits but giving back to society too. Why would not someone love to spend on a brand in which they have trust, they can rely on and the one who does something for the society too. Sometime or other we all have used Aditya Birla Group’s products and many of us aspire to be a part of this prestigious firm. They are in banking, Fashion, Cement, Textiles, Chemicals etc. and its multiple presence in various segments have made us believe in the group, with multiple presence it has created a brand, an image worldwide. It has become synonym of trust when it comes to Aditya Birla Group. I personally have never got disheartened after buying and using the company’s product. Their competitive pricing, the trust in the brand doesn’t allow you to think twice before buying the company’s product. Aditya birla group is important in my life because I know that the money I am spending, some part of it is going for the society, I am a firm believer of giving back to society, and on personal level, I try my best to contribute for wellbeing of other. However, I have my own constraints like not knowing where to donate, or even if I know there is always a thought in back of the mind that will it be spend wisely? So why not choose someone who has built the trust, has brought smiles on millions of faces and contribute to them so that they can pay it forward.
That is why Aditya Birla Group is big in life because they are doing something that is need of the hour. Indirectly, I am serving the society through Aditya Birla Group and going through their website and other research I am really impressed and glad with the contribution they are doing for others.
How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?

At every step of your life, there is a challenge, a challenge in terms of making decision. You can’t run away from them, you have to face them. These are not the challenges that you make with someone but these are challenges presented by life to test you, to make you stronger and to make you believe in yourself. I am a never giving up person and this is the most effective strategy I use when I have to deal with challenges. This attitude of not giving up brings an intense amount of energy that keeps you going. I have gone through many challenges and have won many and lost many, to improvise I have learnt from many instead of lost. And that’s my second strategy of learning. You never fail you learn from your mistakes. This will keep you motivated but you will feel demotivated if you keep on thinking of failures, as it will get into your head.
For example, I generally attempt to keep myself occupied as it brushes your administrative aptitudes and help you oversee time as well. Thus, once in my graduation, I was VP of a club and I needed to design a round for a progressing occasion, the past arranged round was dropped because of certain reasons, so I needed to design with group, dole out work to the group and chalk out the executable arrangement. The round was to be actualized following day. That was a test for me and my group as I needed to complete the work. I dissected with respect to how I can approach it exclusively and as a group, what procedure to pursue on the grounds that there were things I just realized how to do. So I arranged the calendar that this is how we will work, I may need to avoid some day by day schedules like sleeping and so forth however we will finish the undertakings. The following day we effectively finished the occasion. So, I followed the never giving up attitude and learning attitude. If I would have given up that oh god our previous planned round didn’t work, then event would also have not happened and team morale would have also went down.
There are other things I do to overcome challenges but these are the basic ones that can be moulded into any form.
