Aditya Birla Group is one of the biggest private conglomerate in India with more than 45 brands and
spread across 35 countries globally. It all started during my childhood while roaming in the fields in my
village where they were using Birla Balvan to enrich the growth of crops and collected heart full of

environment to excel in my studies. When I was far from home Vodaphone Idea made it possible to
connect with dear ones. At the college canteen drinking coke can always reminds me Novelis world

I am aspired to become a business leader in the growing economy. Since childhood I have made each
and every obstacle as a stepping stone in my growth. In today’s generation being unique and thinking
out of the box are one of the major aspects that will contribute in overall growth. Accepting each
challenge and dealing with it different from other in an innovative way helped me to stand as top
performer in my team. Along with Integrity and Commitment, seamlessness is also one of most
important values in our career. Working with cross functions and understanding the customer
requirements made it easier to improve the customer satisfaction levels. People’s management is one of
the biggest challenge in leadership where diversity of thoughts in the team made it much difficult. Quick
learning and strategic decisions helped me to build the team and made it one of the good performer. In
the same line of aspiring to become good leader I am ready to face any challenge and mold myself to
make fit in the organisation to achieve par results. Tomorrow is the world of sustainability where there
