Don`t Stop, My t-shirt quote displays my character. I believe that life is full of learning experiences. As we grow up we come across different challenges which creates a doubt in our mind but we have to face those odds and sail across the storm to achieve our ambition.
I closely follow great personalities and am motivated by their life lessons. Reading their autobiographies tell us how we need to tackle the challenges and achieve the goal. It is very important to remain cool headed at times when the delta skill of decision making is needed and that is where the stories motivate me to keep going.
Apart from that, I am a very outgoing person. I talk to people who is just above me in terms of professional hierarchy or in experience of personal life. That gives me a broader perspective and helps to steer my thought in right direction. It’s not about failing instead about picking self and learning why the failure occurred and then start again positively.
I will tell one of my professional experience, where the requirements was changed at the very last moment. We organised a marathon brain storming session that day and prioritised the task. After hours of discussion, I was asked the prepare the deck freshly. It was challenging for me as I was preparing the deck for the first time and also the time to impress the client. I overcame this situation by going through the previous submissions to the client , their feedback on it and incorporated team`s idea into fresh deck. Client was happy with our structured approach and we succeeded in delivering the solution within stipulated time.
So, here also network and guidance from the seniors helped me to achieve the target.Lession is to always build a network and seek advice from the people who might have faced the same situation earlier . It will lessen the effort and take close to the race line.
