ABG has been a part of my life since a long time. When the placement season started in my engineering college, I started looking for comfortable formal clothes and after trying many brands, I felt the most comfortable in Allen Solly. The design and quality of the products is amazing. There was a general conception in my mind that formal clothes are not comfortable if you have to wear them for a long time. The formal clothes I bought from Allen Solly were really comfortable and gave me a lot of confidence. It was the first Indian brand to introduce work fashion for women. Not only Allen Solly, Van Heusen and Pantaloons of Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd. have been a constant part of my wardrobe since the last few years. After coming to MDI, I need to wear formal clothes almost on a daily basis. Allen Solly and Van Heusen have the kind of comfortable formals that I can look good in and wear all day. Allen Solly is an old brand in apparel history which has made a good and reputed space in the heart of customers. The fabric of each and every apparel is good. The brand has never disappointed me and has been a constant part of my life for years. All the brands of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. personify style, attitude, luxury and comfort.
How Have I Made An Impact
If you expect life to be easy, challenges will seem difficult. If you accept that challenges may occur, life will be easier. This is something I learnt at a young age. After class tenth, being an above average student, I wanted to prepare for IIT-JEE. I used to live in Palwal which is a small town in Haryana. When I passed class tenth, there were no coaching centers or tuition available which would have been able to help me in preparing for JEE. The syllabus and pattern of the exam used to be quite different from the pattern which was taught in schools for the board exams. People advised me to focus on the boards only as there were no options available in my town. The nearest coaching center I could find was in Delhi which was two hours away from my hometown and no conveyance other than taking three buses was available then. So I used to go to school on weekdays and travel for four-five hours on weekends to go to my coaching center and come back home. I used to be exhausted after my coaching classes because of the long classes and tiresome travel. Those two years of my life were a time of struggle as I had to keep up with studies at both the places even after being tired a lot due to all the travelling. At the end, I was not able to crack JEE but I got a decent score in it and in my board exams as well. All the rigor taught me important things like accepting all challenges, not giving up and made me a better person.
