One of the excellent products from Aditya Birla Group which changed my life is the UltraTech Cement. It is the market leader in the cement industry just due to its quality, composure and safety. I belong to a business background with my father owning a construction company. I belong to an area ( Lucknow ) that faces heavy rainfall during monsoon hence, the households face common difficulties such as leakage, damage walls steering to detriment of the expensive paints. The most affected are the newly constructed or those who are in construction residing which faces the utmost damage during these seasons. The problems also upsurge during the summers and winters too leading to chilled floors and massive heat penetration from the Surfaces. The UltraTech cement has overcome such problems at a great outspread. The cement quality has protected walls piloting to lesser damaging. It has provided marvelous results in every season. The UltraTech being the most expensive cement (compared to its competitors) remained the market leader position until today. Ultratech cement is known as environmentally friendly cement in India. Along with the households, it has increased the ease of working for labors in the construction Industry. Contractors faced obstructions regarding the infection from the cement during the construction times, but the problem had reduced to a great extends due to Ultratech . UltraTech had proved itself that it is “A truly Engineer’s Choice”.
Before moving to the self-explanatory process, I would like to thank all the mentors around for such a good and competitive academic, professional exposure at the early ages of my career.
I believe earning is a continuous process and a primary fuel for the growth and development. Learning becomes a challenge when tried beyond one’s limits. I am a continuous learner and always known for being focused in whatever I do. My strong self-belief motivates me to take challenges beyond m limits. In my last professional organization, I was among the youngest among the entire staff, with multiple profile, responsibility, with direct reporting.

Leather hide project situation- to start a new product line of leather bags under $8 different established market price of 12$ TASK- to bring down the cost we identified scrap raw hides as our base material, but it had lot of treatment and pork marks which would not have been suitable for the final
product. ACTION- after the product was made the buyer liked the design but the product was not suitable
for the market as it had visible defects. I convinced the owner to perform the process of tie and dye on the
raw hides as it would absorb the colour at a very minimal price thus increasing the product aesthetics. The
cost cutting helped me to utilize the money to increase the presentation of the product. RESULT- satisfaction
of the buyer was achieved which resulted increase in our sale , expansion and distribution of a product line
including new international buyers.
