Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life?

When I look around the world, I feel astonished looking at the innovations. Different innovations are built up by different ideas and therefore these ideas are the currency of future. This is the foundation of a company well known as the ‘Aditya Birla Group.’

The area that has touched my life is the coolest collections of clothes it has in retail shops. I am somebody who faces difficulty in finding the clothes online. So, Pantaloons has become my one stop shop for buying anything and everything for my wardrobe. You name it and it is there! What amazes me is its dedication to meet customer’s demand according to seasons by putting effort in bringing colours and life to the people’s wardrobe.

Recently, Pantaloons released an ad showing a confident woman going for a solo trip wearing the clothes she likes and comfortable in. The ad encompasses the feeling of freedom. It is a fashion house that symbolises customer centricity.

I also enjoy wearing Van Heusen. This brand has done an excellent job for me to get those very stylish yet comfortable formal wears which has amazing fabrics, fits and most importantly feel. Its collection has a western touch with a sense of freshness.

As Miuccia Prada rightly said, “What your wear is how you present yourself to the world, especially today, when human contacts are so quick. Fashion is the instant language.” Aditya Birla Group does the same for me.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?

The biggest obstacles that we face in life come from within which is often self doubt, low self-esteem and pessimistic approach towards any task. They create barriers towards our vision of success and leave us deceptive towards achieving success.

The challenge that I faced is dealing with people who act unethically. It used to really disappoint me seeing any task done unethically as it takes a toll not only on the overall culture of the work but also in life. Over the course of time, I learnt to balance my emotions and analyse the situation by rational means.

Sometimes self-criticism was something that affected me in a long run. I always that something more could be done in any particular situation showing my calibre. This led to a constant feeling of disappointment.  Later, after lot of self-introspection I learnt to live the small moments in life and take a break to celebrate every tiny thing in my life. It helped me boost my self-esteem and also made me a happier person. I realized that not necessarily big events bring happiness. It only takes small steps to reach there.

I also used to linger on the minute details of the task, which often took more time than the assigned time. Then I realised that I need to find the balance between tasks to be done timely and to be done perfectly.

These changes had a great impact on my life and I feel more enthusiastic than ever to achieve my goals.
