Confidence in oneself and trust in the happenings is something that has enabled me to stay positive in my life till date. Coming from a very interior Naxalite prone area of Odisha, adding to that being a girl child has brought in a lot of hurdles in my career path. But my aspirations to study and support from parents has never allowed me to look back. I had lost my father when I was in standard one. I have seen the struggle of my mother during upbringing of me and my elder brother. That has in a way as well contributed for achieving our goals in life. After completing B-tech, there was lot of talks in the family about getting me married, but I was not looking forward for something such in the near future. Struggling there with the society, was a big fight which I won with the support of my mother. This in turn enabled me to live my dreams of studying in a b-school. After coming here in fact the real race of life started, where every minute of time matters. Starting from long lectures to committees club works, placements all these never lets any MBA graduate to sleep more than 4 hours a day. Learning I am getting in this battlefield every next hour is worth the fight. To sum up consistency and confidence is something which will help you stay ahead in any race.
