Why is Aditya Birla Group big in our lives

The journey of one of Asia's richest business families began from Birla Haveli. The business Empire was started by a small Cotton trader named Shiv Narayan Birla way back in 1860. Now Birla Group has transformed into multiple companies located in over 35 countries and together has more employees than multinational companies like Apple & Johnson and Johnson. Aditya Birla Group is the world's biggest manufacturer of carbon black material used in tyres and inks. It is the world's second-largest aluminium company. In India it jointly owns India's largest and world's second largest mobile telecommunication network Vodafone Idea, it also owns UltraTech Cement the largest manufacturer of cement and also operates India's largest fashion company that sells 3 garments every second. The group owns clothing retail chain Pantaloons and popular brands like Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Peter England and operates around 4000 department stores and 2500 brand outlets across the country. The group also owns Hindalco the world's largest aluminium rolling company, iron ore mining company, private sector fertilizers company. It also operates chemical plants, digital bank, e-commerce sites, mutual fund and Insurance company. Birla family has not only founded massive companies they have also built various institutions and landmarks that include libraries, planetariums, Universities, Technology and Science institute, research institutes, textile institutes, Birla house or Gandhi Smriti and over 15 temples. The family operates over 20 hospitals and conducts 5000 free medical camps every year in rural India. It also runs over 56 schools and provides free education to over 20,000 children every year. In all, I can only say that from the Birla haveli in a small town the Birla family has certainly created a massive business Empire that has been, currently is and always will affect the lives of many individuals. From being in every can of the world to shaping automobiles, from securing futures to empowering over Six million dreams, from connecting the world to enabling over a billion conversations a day, from building our homes to building Highways to get us there, from styling my wardrobe to introducing me the world of fashion Aditya Birla Group is a big part of our lives because it is a part of every small moment of our lives.
