I never considered the impact Aditya Birla Group had in my life until today, the reason being that I never looked closely on how many different aspects of my life are influenced because of the subsidiaries owned by the ABG group. So, in a way, even the WooMe competition by the ABG group has impacted my life.
Allen Solly and Van Heusen, brands that come under Madura Fashion Division owned by the Aditya Birla Group are the reason that I and countless number of women in India are able to find affordable, durable and industry standard formals. Though the number of females working in the industry and constantly increasing, I found it extremely difficult to find a brand that catered to my needs. Aditya Birla Group made it possible for me.

I consider myself to be fairly privileged. Every ambition I have had has always been supported by my family and friends. This is the most important factor aiding to everything I have achieved so far. The reason being that support, in its own unique way, is teamwork. Having people in my life, who have encouraged me to do well, have given me the emotional strength to tackle any situation with bravery.
Every opportunity I have had in the past, and the reason I was able to make the best of them is due to this continuous boost. I always try to improve various aspects of my life, I believe that there is scope for improvement in every situation. All we need to have is faith in ourselves. The capacity to see that we are capable, and, show perseverance towards our goals.
There have been times where I felt low, where I felt incapable of doing or achieving something. And, I think that it is normal to feel so. Though I strive for excellence and seldom give up, I also give myself space to breathe. In the long run, it’s extremely crucial the choose the battles we are willing to fight for and know when to step down. This approach of giving myself mental space and comfort has only positively aided in me achieving my goals and ambitions.
I overcame the challenges that I faced in my life, with support from those around me, faith, trust in myself and perseverance towards my goal.
