Highlights of Summer Placements 2017-19:
- Overall 32 companies participated in the Summer Placement Season.
- The average stipend at XSRM was INR 13,538 (for one month). The highest stipend is INR 45,000(for one month) this year.
- The average stipend of top 10% of the batch is INR 30,000 (for one month).
- Strategy & Consulting roles were offered by the likes of PwC, Sutra Consulting, Centre for Budget and Policy Studies
- This year witnessed a larger participation from students in the Development sector with organizations like PRADAN, Agrasar, Basix Sub-K, ICICI Foundation,
- Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society being the major recruiters.
