M: Yes, ma’am. XLRI HR is holistic and prepares students in other aspects as well. Mentioned elective again. (I honestly didn’t expect them to ask HR modules so I didn’t go through it)
P1: You mentioned a few BM modules. Yes, we do offer it in HR. But did you apply for BM? Did you get a call? Interview for BM got over? When is it? Let’s say you get both offers, what will you choose?
M: Smiling. Without any disrespect to the panel, I would choose BM.
P1: That’s alright, we respect our students’ decisions. Why should we choose you for HR?
M: Briefly reminded them of my HR experience. Mentioned why HR is important for a firm and my immediate next role at work, which I asked to get allocated to, is full on HR, since my current project is ending.
