The biggest challenge while growing up was being an introvert person- with the fear of public speaking, putting my opinions forward was another huge task. I realised this when I was in grade 12 making me wonder how would I compete and stand out in the world: that is when I started with mirror, imagining a crowd of hundreds, and slowly I started participating in event hosting in school itself. That wasn’t enough, therefore while pursuing Bachelors in Business administration, I explored all other fields where I could put up my voice and present, classrooms I chose, to begin with. Another ambition of mine was to get into a B-school. After writing cat 2018, I did not score very good and therefore was rejected by all b-schools, so I analysed what must have gone wrong during the preparations and prepared myself for CAT 2019, So I had to constantly work hard for 6 months, crack the exams and attend the interviews. This time during the interviews, my last years’ experience and proper preparation have helped me get a seat in Goa Institute of management.
These are the two challenges I faced in life and overcoming them has changed my perspective and added value to my life. Therefore, to achieve anything good in life, we have to go through tough times and hard situations.
