Problem is a word that means a situation or issue which is unwelcomed and needed to be dealt with. Problem starts from the child is born to the time it dies. Some problems are large, some problems are small, some problems are life threatening, some problems turn out to be blessings in disguise later.

I’ve had my fair share of problems, one of which was a failure to admit in one of the top B-Schools in my first attempt. I tried for the exams during my last year of Under-Graduation.  I cleared the written test but couldn’t clear the WAT/GD/PI process. It was heart breaking for me to deal with the failure. I had not participated in the placement process of the college as I was hopeful for a convert. I shared my thoughts with my close friends and family. They supported me in my fall and helped me to get back to the  start. I joined my father’s business to work with him and understand how business work and at the same time I started preparing for the entrance exam of the next year.

This time I again cleared the written and then was waiting for my further process calls. My interview and GD process due to my involvement with the business gave me the 1st hand experience of running a small business went great and I converted 4/5 of my calls.

Another challenge I faced was for my ambition of doing something for the society. It is a sense of responsibility which I have for providing help to the underprivileged children in getting education.

I faced this problem when a single mother who was also my maid was having trouble for getting her daughter admitted to a public school under the Government scheme of providing 15% education to financially needy class.

The school she wanted her girl to admit wouldn’t give her admission without meeting the father of the child. When I came to know about her problem, I took her to my school and talked with the principal and got the girl her right to education. I also helped her to complete the course and understand the things she couldn’t attend classes of.
